Just be aware that you are already infinite awareness. Progesion through time is thought. Therefore it is illusion. Just let go and observe everything without thinking, without wanting to change anything. It is what it is and you are already free, there ultimate. Now. Infinite love.

It's a natural process that exist in order for "you" to transcend it and yes it attacks "you" very intensely and deceives u constantly in an attempt to remain "alive" though in Truth it does not exist beyond thoughts and conditioning
What about tremendous physical pain? I've had lots and I can tell you that, while physical pain is interpreted by the ego, there is a threshold that, once passed becomes non negotiable. Believe me, I've tried!
