By golly that was so good! So sweet and so mystical! Felt that in every cell of my being that wisdom! In gratitude! What is behind the I? When I try to sit quiet and pay attention I get tense because I am concentrating. How do I not concentrate? I am attempting to be aware and watch myself to be aware to pay attention. I do not get how to not try? How to rest in myself? I want to discover this peace this ever present silence. The self? I am missing something. Is not the awareness a function of the brain? Effortlessly aware of? Simply pay attention? How do I pay attention without concentration, without effort? Which in me causes tension?

I still need weed or some type of stimulant to still my mind. To do this meditation with any measure of success. I’ll just keep at it, and try not to be down on myself!! my mind obsesses over the same people and events day in day out. I really need to still my mind!! 🥲🥲
