I hear you good sister. The voices are akin to Mara (and his Army) for me. Meditation is helpful. Mara has acted like he wants me to meditate, then did everything to prevent a deep Meditation. To be able to "WATCH" without getting caught up in the drama is important. Losing our fear and for me, not allowing myself to become isolated and to not allow it to prevent me from Right Relationships... that Nurture me, my heart, and my body is the goal. Tricky. Like Mooji said, the voice(s) wants all of us. "Phenomenon begins and Phenomenon ends." Praise to you, your heart, to God, Goddess... and formlessness.

It's not really a force its just that if you resist by thinking that it shouldnt come a thought for example instead of just naturally noticing without effort it will grow more because youre in a sense making it very real for you because you care about it too much basically. If you sit for an hour (maybe a minute) you will notice that you never had to do anything about it but giving it a name as the force making it special is just making it real. Get back into your senses and feelings to be out of your mind

Hello Jenifer :) Firstly, it is certainly good and right of you to take care of your son. If you desire freedom and this desire is the strongest in your life, you should not think about how your behaviour is coming across to others. People will always think something about you..good ir bad. It shouldnt make difference to you ;) primarly remain concerned with your life, which is to be (best to your ability) conscious of your Self. If this self-consciousness is steady, or predominant, your actions will AUTOMATICALLY be good and most appropriate :) trust in life. Trust that your Self knows best what to do. When you come to trust the Self, you will find that doubts about your actions loose all meaning. It is very good if youre not overly emotional about life. Emotionlessness is not heartlessness, surely you know this ;) let other people doubt you if they want, but dont take it mean anything. Its not any kind of a valid reading or assessment of you. Dont be concerned :) Be yourself, help when you feel to, and keep content within yourself :) this is a wise life. I wish you good luck and swift recovery for your son :)

Sorry to hear this Harpreet I used to be in this problem. Keep watching his Satsungs and soon something will open up. The fact that you are here watching means there is something beyond thinking that recognises his words. Try to relax and listen openly without trying to "fix your problems" because the one who is desparate to recover is the same as the one with all these problems. If you let go of both ideas you realise you are still here! You don't need either of them. The one trying to fix yourself is telling you that you are imperfect and broken. You are not.
