Not sure if eXistenZ hacked or was this a feature before, but at 8:50, eXistenZ was holding a cookie. But if you look closely, you can see that his food section says 0. If you don't have enough items to hold something, in this case a cookie, then you cannot hold it. But unless he's a hacker, he could hold it. (Correct me if it was actually a feature back then.)
