When u said Moonbyul might have perfect pitch, surprised me because I thought the same for a long time while watching her videos (solo works and not) and it makes me happy that other people sees that too. Thanks for this reaction sir Austin! And I'm surely envious of the moobong ❤
i think she's just really well trained and a seasoned performer now. i don't think i have perfect pitch but i still never sound off when i sing and can match pitches really easily etc because i've had a lot of exposure to music since young. but yes, it's still very impressive because some singers still make mistakes here and there (not that it's a bad thing at all).
Yep Hwasa's voice is not in a really good condition right now because during her Maria era, she had a back injury, then promote with refund sister and then mamamoo's comeback. Anyway, my girls are so good ♥️♥️

solar said that since she made a mistake at AYA (comeback show performance) she is trying to take better care of her voice. minutes before doing this medley she said she was very nervous about making a mistake.

Mamamoo always has killer vocals! There is a group that I just found called E'last and I am already in love with them and I think you will really love them too! A lot of people say that everyone sounds the same now in kpop, but E'last is definitely something different. They have a more classy and ethereal concept that stands out from the either dark or light/cute concept we see a lot. They only have two mvs out Swear (debut) and Tears of Chaos (1st comeback)! They aren't well known so there probably won't be much requests, but I really hope you look into them!!❤

@5:48 yeap, it's in the original song, and backtrack when it's performance, but usually, if they have this kind of laid-back performance (no dance) of Mr. Ambigous, they really do harmonise. Honestly the way Solar belts in I Miss You scares me before since it feels there's a restrain in her voice, (I mean I'm not an expert in singing but I feel like she's pushing it so she might be hurting her voice. So when I heard this version, I'm just like in awe... it's like she's relaxed tooo... kuuuh~~~ Recently, I dunno if I'm hearing it right, but Solar's recent belts are more healthy in a way. The reason why it was reuploaded is bc the first one had only the raw recording so we get to hear them sing without any pitch correction, reverb or any enhancement and damn they still sounded so incredible😍
Despite right or not about their voice conditions (tired, nasal problems, mucus, etc); my unpopular opinion is : They're singing the unique characteristics on each songs. I can't help but seeing (or hearing?) them flexing every songs. Like, on certain song, their voice is punchy and loud; on certain song their voice is soft and killing my heart; And in the end, they sound truly like the soundtrack, or even better. I'm super amazed. They kinda like switching voice-personalities everytime a song changes. Gosh I love em so much.
