I have this too:) The need for aloneness is insane, and as someone in their 30's now, that didn't really change over the years thus far. My chart is dominated by Leo and 1st house placements, but this one little placement has been very influential. At best it's a private, comfortable, and healing experience, and at worst it feels like a boundless attack from forces outside of yourself, or life feels like a lonely/confusing march towards the ultimate ending. My biggest advice so far from my personal experience to people with a 12th house moon: you might have to more carefully curate who you spend time with, more than others. I've found the whole idea of boundaries challenging because I'm highly motivated to entertain(5th) and heal(12th) others, and that is very valuable to other people, especially those in need of it most. But for your own health and wellness it's important to learn boundaries early, from not only others, but even yourself. One thing that's really helped me has been learning to treat myself the way I would if I was a mother to myself. That's been VERY helpful. Thank you for making this video, it's very comforting to meet people who are living this 12th house moon experience too:)

I have taurus moon in the 12 house... the mother thing is true.. I was the oldest too and my father passed away when I was around 7 or 8.. so had to put my emotions and feelings on hold... i became kind of numb since youth and very quiet, I was quiet before that happened but it got worse when knowing that i had to be strong for my mother... I attracted a lot of narcissistic type people in life because of wanting to feel love and bond with someone. I looked outside of myself for love but now I do everything to be my own best friend, stand up for what I believe in, speak my mind, and take time for myself. I have forgiven all those people that thought they can use me or cross my boundaries. I live an authentic life and the best life I can live each day now. My north node is in aries and my south in libra.. It's an interesting dynamic and so interesting how everything relates to each other... we are the stars in human form... Life is what we make it and what we allow ourselves to experience.

Aries Moon in 12th house. This is totally me. Stay to myself. The Aries fire comes out in sports for me. Write sports as a career and need activity or competition to feel fulfilled. Been nurturing a friend for a year and I literally have to tell her I need space to recharge. My mom was traveling a lot and my brother and sister are 8 and 9 years older so I'm a bit detached. Realizing this placement has helped me get into the best shape of my life as I realized how to use my mentality to improve myself. Have tried to unlock the Aries warrior fire a bit.

The best 12th house moon video in terms of basic description, I knew you knew what you are talking about when you described delayed emotional response as I stand unmoved in the face of crises but breakdown like two days after it has been resolved.

I have moon in cancer in 12th house, yes i felt so psychic while weird at the same time coz am aquarius, i wanna think as logically as possible but sometimes it fails coz i have to feel my own emotions instead of running from it. Some people may underestimate what am feeling as sth not true but after going through such a painful heartbreak am trying to be myself & love myself for who iam thats why i remained stronger without hearing all those bullsh*ts tht dont deserve me

I have moon in Virgo in the 12 house, 12 house ruler virgo... Mother was both mentally ill and had some physical disability and I can totally relate to the slow to emotionally react and being confused about my feelings and wondered about them days after... Hi Jake, just found your channel. I have my natal moon behind my Asc conjunct Pluto conjunct sun conjunct Lilith in Scorpio in the 12th… in some chart styles I also have my natal mars and Mercury conjunct 29th degree in the 12th (Libra) Your video is the first I’ve seen to really touch on the psychic sponge thing we have going. I resisted giving any credence to ‘energies’ until I had a devastating breakdown, this lead to finding astrology and years later REIKI. Using a simple 3 and a half minute video for the purpose of Reiki Energetic Shielding has completely changed my life. I did not know that I was constantly feeling everyone else’s emotions, I never knew what it felt like to have an energetic boundary. It took months for this practice to have a real effect on me, but now that it has, I have my own life. It was dangerous for me to not know what my feelings/emotions are vs someone else’s. I cannot explain to you how many hurtful/abusive decisions I made because I wasn’t aware of this. If I could wish any one wish for people with sensitive personal 12th house placements it would be for them to know this. Thank you so much for shedding more light on this subject.

I do love your video and I pretty much agree with most of the things you said! I would say it s a lot of self healing to be done !There s tones of work to be cleared! I do get you very well!I loved what you said about people or clients who want to be helped/served but yeah the thing is about deserving it!!! I have Aries moon in the 12th house. I had some intense family problems in my home when i was younger. It was very hostile and my emotions were all over the place but i couldn’t express them. My mom always crossed my boundaries and made me feel bad. We would get in verryyy bad harsh arguments. She can be immature and Ive always been mature since i was little (i’m Capricorn Sun) . And that would create conflict. I’ve never talked to her about my emotions because she’s not the type to understand those things so i just keep them to myself. I definitely need my alone time. I need to recharge myself and try to attempt to understand and process my own emotions. Most of the time i don’t even know what i’m feeling. I literally feel like this emoji 🕳. like feeling numb and empty sometimes. Emotions can hit me like a wave sometimes. It gets really heavy. When someone asks how i’m feeling, I literally cant give an answer because I don’t even know. The delayed emotional response is so real. My family gets mad at me for not automatically showing emotion. I think it’s because it’s hard for 12th house moons to process their OWN emotions, so having to process others can be difficult :/. But I do love to help heal others. I think i give really good advice. People always tell me their secrets. I also have venus and pluto in the 8th house so maybe that’s why too.

Hey Jake! I always appreciate your videos about your own placements as we share very important core placements like this 12th House Moon. Mine is at 28’55 Aries. I like to compare it to a self-defined psychic life that has to emerge from the deepest waters in order to thrive. But before, it has to breakthrough ocean floor with underwater earthquakes / volcanoes 🌝🔥🌋 and go UPWARD althrough the collective unconscious waters burrying and burdening the moon. It may be painful at times. I felt lost sometimes and merged with non-self more than with Self. My natal Pluto-Moon opposition making it chaotic each time I end up in self-denial. It’s a challenging aspect but one day, doing the damn work truly gives birth to the natal moon. I feel my moon is such a gift, it’s really true what you say. I feel through years my mind and emotional awareness sharpened my sense of what’s my psyche and what’s the part of it that’s actually genuine intuition. But when I was 21, this was a critical time to empty that Moon from what’s not and never was! My natal moon is just like you (I think) : just past full moon day. In your case, I feel you may experiment deep underwater air movement and strong streams. It may not be explosive like Aries but it can feel alike with Mercury energy : just like a tornado forming from the sea; like building-up tall waves 🌊 pushed up by wind and crashing down ashore; like downstream waves on the beach; like underwater low-PH chemical reactions (effervescent).
