Maybe it's the way his whole upper body just shifts away from when he kicks it, as if he used all of his body to put all that force into that one kick. Either way, thats just a brutal stomp. Beautiful. Of course, there's the sound effect, which just.. mm, with it, just.. feels absolutely right.

The way he does it looks like he has intention to fucking kill it. So brutal and so powerful.

@@alexandermedina7893 I have watched Netflix daredevil but I never got the this feels like batman vibe, to me it felt like Holy shit a comic adaption of Daredevil. Could be just me but I watched the Ben Affleck Daredevil growing up (worst marvel production to date after Elektra) and the way he says "justice" in that makes me thing of batman more 😅😅🙈. The early 2000s were such a cringey time for superhero movies.

So I know very little about Disassociative Identity Disorder (DID), so I won't speak about the real-world medical elements of it, and/or how that compares to what's presented here. (And please, if anyone reading DOES know more about it, please feel free to correct anything I say.) But within the context of what we saw onscreen, I got the impression that Marc Spector (the one who says "Let me save us") WASN'T able to take over anytime he wanted -- or, he couldn't always maintain control. Like, think of during the fight and chase scenes in the village. Sometimes Steven would jerk back into consciousness, even at times when it'd be more convenient for Marc to still have control (think of when Steven came to right after having fought four of the soldiers, fists clenched and covered in blood, or when Steven came to after having used the gun once). I think Marc probably took over in those occasions but then Steven was subconsciously fighting to get back in control, which is why Marc couldn't or didn't just stay in control all the way to get them out of that country and back to London. So maybe Marc outright asking Steven for permission in the mirror scene was him thinking, "Okay, I CAN just try to wrench back control for a bit, but there's a chance you'll wrench it back, and in this fight, especially, that could put us at huge risk. Will you agree to stop trying to take back control for the duration of this battle?" and, then, now that Steven had even a vague explanation -- but still AN explanation ("I am going to let this other person take control") -- Steven was able and/or more willing to not interfere. So Marc could go through the whole fight, uninterrupted, in a way that didn't happen when they were in and escaping from the village. I think the explanation Marc gave Steven in the mirrors of the museum, as opposed to the confusion Steven experienced in the village, made a big difference.

@@queerlybeloved257 interesting but then the next question would be that Steven didn't even really seem to be aware what was happening when he would black out. He never acknowledges that he knows he has D.I.D. let alone that he knows how to relinquish control when asked. Like it felt completely out of his hands the whole time. So one identity asking him and him knowing how to give away control felt out of place but I'm like you, I know nothing about D.I.D. I still loved the episode. I'm sure they'll explain more as it goes on. I'm a life long DC head but Moon Knight seems like a Marvel character I can really get into.

It's because his will is extremely strong right now due to fight or flight instincts while other times in the episode wherever he was he was really tired hence could easily be able to give control (that's why marc takes over when Steven is asleep) atleast that's my headcanon for now

A person with DID, even though they are the main host(alter) of said body, will eventually get passed on to the the next person that exists, whether they want to or not. It’s not something that can be controlled but some cases people that suffer through Did have learned to switch identities using a specific word or something that have said person come out. It’s also sad/scary because most people can go through their whole lives not realizing they have Did.
