I think it'd be cool if Richtofen had different reactions to the characters, like getting a teddy bear or something. Example- *Dempsey gets the Teddy* "NYAHAHAHA!!! SCREW YOU DEMPSEY!!! BYE BYE!" *Nikolai gets the Teddy* "Bye bye~" Then at least we'd still have his awesome quotes. Or if you were playing as Dempsey you could hear Richtofen cussing at you whenever you get a headshot or something.
@@fagglebag they overcomplicated the already complex storyline and put micro transactions into the game. The movement is worse cause there’s no dolphin diving for PhD flopper. The map remasters themselves have glitches (like Origins with the robot foot). Those reasons and more will be why the originals will always be superior (minus graphics).

***** Right. i'm Black Ops 2 he doesn't seem scary at all, Sam sounded scary as hell, Richtofen as the announcer on moon sounded scary as hell. on Black Ops 2 hes too...nice
If you'd ask me, it's more like some of Sam's influence rubbed off onto him when he first switches bodies in Moon, so by the time BO2 comes around, he's been in there a little bit and has more 'control' and personality to everything. Not to mention that you have to remember that Richtofen is a sarcastic nutcase, which is better represented in BO2. But the main reason is probably because he had new voice clips for talking to the Green Run group, so the more demonic ones from Moon wouldn't really fit well with the new voice clips In BO2.
Vëx True. but apart from green run they should've used these voice recordings. the new ones just don't intimidate me, BO1 sam and Richtofen's announcer voice were intimidating. they actually sounded like they were angry and out to kill you
Calikid331 But Richtofen isn't out to kill anyone... He wants total control of the Aether and Earth; Richtofen is only the announcer throughout the BO2 Green Run Group maps (Tranzit, Die Rise, and Buried), because he's trying to talk and guide them. Not that sounding scary or intimidating is bad, but if I were trying to get people to do my bidding without knowing my intentions, I'd probably want to try and be as nice as possible while also keeping the "Do what I say or you're going to die" kind of vibe, which Richtofen has in BO2. Not to mention that Sam was ACTUALLY out to kill Richtofen specifically for killing her father, Maxis. No offense, but they are two people with different goals, so there is no reason why you should be trying to compare their voices.
@bramyjo During the game, after opening up the pyramid revealing Samantha, she will occasionally say random phrases as a taunt to the players, including "Fetch me their souls." As a continuation, Richtofen will do the same, which is why he has the corresponding audio file.
Just got the Easter Egg today, liked Ed's voice a lot better as the announcer. Sam's voice is almost tolerable as a player, and the new Fire Sale jingle is awesome.
I wish these quotes were used in Nuketown Zombies instead of the BO2 ones because i dont have the courage to do the easter egg alone on moon... When He says "Insta-kill" or "Double Points" they sound very similar to how he says them in Black Ops 2 as if they reused the voice lines and just changed the echo
Main thing from me is, so much thanks for uploading the quotes from all the games, whatever I may think about the series it's nice to see both Treyarch and the VAs themselves put so much effort into what is basically a side attraction. On a different note, your links for Sam's announcments and Richtofen's announcments are the wrong way round =P

I feel like all random quotes put in this video were cut quotes while some of them sound like they could be random quotes meant to be played from throwing the QED sometimes
@bramyjo There probably was meant to be a dog round in early development but they cut it and just made dogs appear in No Mans Land. On Kino Der Toten and FIVE there are lots of cut quotes for things that were originally in it like dogs, the wunderwaffe, flamethrower and thundergun.
oh i know that, its just that if you return to earth after rictofen becomes the announcer, he never says that on earth. i meant announcing an actual round on the moon
anaru davis I think they reused the double points and instakill sound. they should've used this whole sound track tho. it sounds better than the BO2 one
So I predict in Black Ops 2. It will begin with sam and richtofen switched right off the bat. They have all the vocals. I mean, They would never need to say "fetch me their souls" on moon so they were preparing the sound files for the future game.
@awesomeriley2234 I don't think anybody knows yet. So far in Moon, Sam switches bodies with Richtofen so meh. They blew up earth and yeah, Richtofen went insane, and possibly Samantha might destroy the body because she also wants Richtofen dead, but at the same time she wants her old body back.
Oh and as a p.s. u haven't really played moon if i don't know that there are indeed dogs, but only near the pack-a-punch and only if ur good enough to survive long enough for the dogs to appear.
