It's the reference to the second Avengers movie, Age of Ultron (as well as Ragnarok), in which this line is said to Hulk to calm him down.

@@jeroen92 no, in the movies the phrase involves the Sun instead. Apparently, it was inspired by a phrase in the bible, which is why it sounds confusing.
