An epic, nerdy look at one of Mick Ronson's finest guitar performances. I'm looking at the rhythm guitar in this video. Solo coming next week.

I'm from Hull. I'm so proud of Ronno and the other Spiders. It's only in the last couple he's getting he's getting the recognition in Hull as one of GOAT's .

I will have fun playing this song and digging further into Mick's playing. This has really reignited my guitar playing.

Yeah, Bowie/Ronson!! This will be fun to try. I actually had just been feeling a Bowie phase coming on in my listening. And I'll ponder "some Les Paul style songs" to request. (Your LP is still so shiny! Keep that fretboard clean!)

Yes, I'll be sure to keep it clean! Still at the stage where I'm babying this guitar a bit. Though thankfully a rosewood fingerboard doesn't show up dirt like the maple of my Tele.

Yes, indeed all about the cocked wah. There's a great video somewhere on RU-vid of the guy who now owns the famous Ronson Les Paul, his Marshall amp, and a few of his old pedals. Killer tone when he plugs in!
