You need to buy them from Ofelia (the greenhouse-looking building,) same as trees. They'll be in your inventory, and you can place them like any other item.

Tried and I got one after about 5 minutes! (Un)fortunately it was Shrubbin who is the only one I already had. Now my shiny shrubbins can be twins, I guess! 😂

Ended up doing it last night and was a bunch of fun setting up! One thing I did to make the process of setting up easier was having Barkbyte on my team! He makes it so you can get two mines per island so way more mines can be found!
