I feel like she needs to add preservatives. Preservatives are necessary in products like this or bacteria and mold will grow in them. A lot of businesses try to sell products without it because they use it as a marketing strategy to attract customers since they know customers don’t know that preservatives do more good than harm. Products that are FDA approved have to include a preservative. It’s probably itching because of the ingredients combined and the fact that there’s no protection whatsoever from bacteria etc.
Honestly I feel like she just wants to make money money and more money. She doesn’t improve her customer service or stock, she doesn’t work a lot on her branding/marketing and she is rude asf. Sometime I feel like her products are just some reselling products from Alibaba or based on RU-vid tutorials. It is really sad, because I want to see my black sisters winning, but she has to do better... She makes millions, so it is not impossible for her to improve her business 😩

I’ve been so tempted to order the products. Every time I went to the site it says out of stock so I said forget it. My skin is great without spending a ton of money. Your review made me feel better about not being able to get these products lol thank you !
My thing is I don’t like when people bash something when they find out is not for them. I’m speaking in general and I get it, not all black businesses are good, I’ve experienced it myself but let’s be real, the black community is not that supportive even if the service is good. So many of us buy from these white brands but wont look out for each other unless they are a public figure and it actually pisses me off. It’s sad but very true. It’s a learning experience for her and y’all need to cut her some slack. As a consumer, if you like it, good for you. If you don’t, keep it moving. The product is actually good for my skin and actually I haven’t experience bad customer service.
Well your one of a few that had a pleasant experience. However don’t generalize a community “the black community” based off your personal experiences. Maybe you just have unsupportive friends who shouldn’t be your friends. It can go both ways.

NOT TRUE. Black business owners survive bc block women are so willing to support and trust other black women. Look at brands like Body Complex. Million dollar business by a black woman, supported primarily by black women, making products with real research behind it. These Moon products are DIY at best, poorly compiled by someone with NO background in chemistry, skincare or science. It’s actually irresponsible as hell, hence people having so many adverse reactions.
I love her products they does my skin wonders!! Actually met her in person and Marie was extremely nice. It’s crazy how we talk about being supportive of one another especially us BLACK ppl but then again will go buy KYLIE skin and other white brands and pay just as more and be happy . All her products are natural and yes a bit pricey but you get what you pay for .

Coming from a business owner with a strong background in chemistry ... it may have been itching/burning because if real authentic aloe vera was used then the latex wasn't drained OR it could have been no preservative/too much preservative. How far she's come really inspires me but there's a lot to upgrade. Anyways great video & thanks for your insight 🙏💕

I ordered this & it took mine 2 months to come & they blocked me from their Instagram bc I kept inquiring about my stuff. I don’t support her I’ll never buy anything from them again. I haven’t even used the mask or the oil I got from her. Her Customer service sucks.

I know I'm late, but this moon cosmetics girl is very rude, unprofessional & disrespectful. I made a comment about how the Quantity of her items doesn't match the amount she charges for these small items, and within a few seconds posting my comment. She must have seen it, and decided to block me for no reason! I'm not hurt or anything, I just find her to lack courstey, and not be able to take constructive criticism. Soooo many people have complained that her shipping policy is wretched, and takes so long. There's people out here who have to wait a month to get her items, plus with how small her bottles are. The prices are atrocious. For example, the "even 2oz bottle" is $21.55, and for an "even 4oz bottle" it's $43.55. I'm not here to tell anyone what to charge but she's expensive for the little amount you get, and how ill mannered she is! Let's besides the fact her prices doesn't match her quanity. If she was respectful, able to take constructive criticism, and has good manners. I'm sure her prices wouldn't be such an issue, with people, but she's not, which is another complaint added on to her list *FULL OF OBJECTION*.
Yes Marie is rude and very unprofessional but don’t ppl to use AVC and bentonite clay mixed AVC can cause serious damage to the skin plus bentonite clay is only good for acne and oily prone skin it will dry your skin out plus with mixing it with the AVC is a mild acid and shouldn’t be used together just use plain water with the clay this is coming from a Aesthetician with over 10yrs experience

But you already made a video stressing you didn’t like it but you came back with another video disrespecting her for 5 mins and didn’t even give a update on the effects it cause your skin to go through .
