@@sharoncarlisle7011the local park that's near me in Kirkby where my mum took me as a little boy was Webster Park. As well as Mc'Goldricks in Huyton. And the one at the marina near where you live in Waterloo
Thank you so much Mick.😎🌞👍 Yes, I agree with you.🌳 Parks will outlive us all,as long as we look after them,& use them now.👍🤗😺🌞😎 Have a beautiful evening.👍🤗😎
I love hearing about your childhood memories and seeing Moorside Park. There sure is a lot of room for kids to run and play there. 🏃♀🏃🏃♂🧍🌳🌿💐 The clouds looked like popcorn.

I enjoyed this❤and I lol’d when you mentioned my name- as I’m following along on my phone as you’re talking 🤭 It’s quiet there, I’m surprised. Do you see very many e-bikes or e-scooters there? Kids here will almost run you over 😮Kids must be better mannered there! Loved the walk along and reminiscing 💕💕💕💕🌸🌼🌸🌼🌸🌳🌳🌳🚲🚲🚲🛼🛼🛼🏐
Haha. 🤣🤣🌹🫶I knew you'd be literally walking with me.🚶♀️👣🚶♀️👣😂♥️ Thank you so much Rosemary.🫶💞 I'm happy you enjoyed this walk.🌞😎 Yes,we do see alot of teenagers on e-bikes & e-scooters, & the majority of them are courteous, but some think it's their right to be on the pavement.😡I hope you have a beautiful day.🫶😻🌳🌞😎
Hiya, through your rambles around your area, I get the chance to see and explore more of that corner of 'pool, and like Rosemary, I too follow you around on the map. I am somewhat jealous of you being in the same place your whole life..., because of my late Dads work, we moved house a lot, always down south of the country. He always had digs that went with the job. That ment, I went to 5 different schools, so would of loved to have had the oppertunity to spend all my school years with one set of friends. On the other hand, being used to moving around and starting anew has made a bit of a restless traveller out of me, thus enabling me to see, visit and be in a large number of countries around Europe, I think it's 12 so far. Because of several visits to Liverpool, largely because of the Reds, I have found this City to be a place where, despite many hardships throughout it's history, it seems to be the best place, a person like me could feel comfy enough to settle and enjoy the latter years of his life. I've even been practicising Scouse...shuush, don't tell anybody that🤫!! Actually I have a relation who lives with her family in Waterloo, but we've never been very close, and i've never visited them, and we don't have anything much to talk about whenever we meet at the odd wedding or funeral. Well that's enough of me, now let's now get on with the Merseyside Tour, from my favourite Merseyside historian. Look forward to your next ramble. Take care S, greets from S.
Hiya 👋 Steve.😁🤗 You must be psychic, cos I was thinking about you the other day, wondering if you still watch my channel.,& how you must be looking forward to July.😅👍 Thank you for saying I'm your favourite Merseyside Historian.🤭😅 Haha. At least with you moving homes often because of your late Dad's work, you got to see fab places.🤗🧳✈️🛩️ I'm made up you love our City of Liverpool.👍👍 How amazing you have a relative in my area., albeit one you rarely talk to.😅I probably pass this relative everyday.😅😎 What a small world we live in.😂 I'm impressed you're learning Scouse.....(I whispered that Steve.🤫🤭 Haha). Have a beautiful evening,& thank you so much for watching,& enjoying this trip down "Memory Lane"😅😎🌞 Take care Steve.🤗🙂
@@sharoncarlisle7011 Yes of course, I still watch your channel, actually all that's not cat related or inside the house. As i've said before, that's your business at home, and not mine, and i'm NOT a great cat lover. You'll always get a 👍for every video I watch, but not always a comment. As far as that relative goes, without looking it up, I think she is on Stuart Rd. is that near enough to you, that you might unknowingly pass them? In younger years, I also liked badminton. When my 2nd son was younger, he was in a childrens Badmintion club, that organised a tournament for the parents, once every year. I was quite good, but always just missed out on the Medals! If you were a tom-boy, we would have probably got on well as kids. My best female friend in my latter schoolyears was a Tom-boy. I now also hang out sometimes with a tom-boy woman (modern day name = butch) who shares my love of motorcycles and rides herself (as does my daughter). OK then, have a pleasant afternoon, see ya S.
@@millinutzHiya Steve.👋🌞 Thank you for still watching.😅 Yes, I know Stuart Road. In fact, the video I did before this one, I actually walk down it,so maybe I passed her house.🏡😅 I even zoomed in on the road sign.😎 Amazing coincidence that you enjoyed Badminton 🏸 too. Well done 👍, even without medals.🥇🥈🥉😅 I'm impressed your Daughter rides a motorbike.🏍️👍👍🙂 I dated a lad when I was 17,& he had a Yamaha. I did ride pillion, but my Mum & Dad never knew, because my Dad's Mum,my Nanna lost her legs on the back of her Fiancé's bike,& her Fiancé died. My Dad was young. It was instilled in us kids never to ride motorbikes. I loved them,& still do. I was rebellious, but as far as I know,my Mum & Dad never found out. I'm sure I would've been in trouble if they had known.🤭😂 Haha.... Thanks for the gab Steve, stay safe.👍🏍️😎See Ya ...👋👋
@@sharoncarlisle7011 yeah, I know you mentioned and walked Stuart Rd. but I somehow didn't think that was the same one... it is though, i've looked at Kingsway in relation to her address. Oh, you're a biker girl as well..., go get yourself a helmet and i'll come over on my bike🙂!! My daughter is more her dad, and the two boys have their mums genes, and no great interest in Bikes. Sorry to hear about your Nan's sad story, but encouraged that you didn't let that deter your adventurous vein.... you party animal you🥳😎🙃! I too had those roller skates with the adjusting nut in the middle but after a bad scraped knee, I lost interest in them, me mates were not interested in them anyway..., hey, just realised you've got me reminiscing here as well.
