What a gripping film. Had me in tears. We must be kind to one another and not be too quick to judge others. A bad bunch/group of people does not make the entire religion/sect bad. Thank you for this movie. A real eye opener about mutual tolerance and respect despite our diverse beliefs. Also a perfect illustration of how relegion can blindfold you. Whether you Christian or muslim or Africanist or Atheist, dont let you belief look down on other that differ from you nor uphold your religion and fail to see its flaws. Be objective in your thinking and dont be a subject.
It's a great movie❤... Whether you are a Muslim or a Christian separations of parents it brings a lot of damage to our children one thing we parents do not understand... Some kids suffer a lot in this separations of two parents ....😢

I was kind of hoping that the movie had a twist where Tariq sees his Christian school girl girlfriend at the MSA dinner wearing a hijab and single, they lock eyes on each other, greet asalamalaikum before living happily together thereafter. But no the story didn't need a twist it was perfectly played out from beginning to end. As a person of Christian beliefs I thoroughly enjoyed this heart-wrenchung Muslim themed movie.
Please leave it online after the streaming, I've lost part and I've been trying to watch this since long time and there's no way to watch it from where I live.

Lovely movie but not Islamic-- if we trace Islam back to its Prophet. (Read Tafsir Ibn Kathir on Quran 9:29. That's the beginning of unprovoked war against people of other religions: it all started directly from him and continued by his successors.)
This movie is so fake .. The women were not covered correctly. The father's thobe was below his ankle. They pronounced Arabic words and names incorrectly. They made wudu incorrectly'. It JUST IS NOT RIGHT !!!!
Maybe don't consider so much the aesthetics of what you saw, but the deeper meaning of what was intended. May you be blessed with eyes to see, and ears to hear.
