৩৬। সম্প্রচার পুনরুৎপাদন অধিকার বা সম্পাদনকারীর অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করে না এমন কার্য:- নিম্নোক্ত কার্যাবলী দ্বারা কোন সম্প্রচার পুনরুৎপাদন অধিকার বা সম্পাদনকারীর অধিকার লংঘিত হইয়াছে বলিয়া গণ্য হইবে না-
(ক) শব্দ রেকর্ডিং বা দর্শনসাধ্য রেকর্ডিং তৈরীকারকের ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহার অথবা কেবলমাত্র শিক্ষাদান অথবা গবেষণার উদ্দেশ্য তৈরী; বা
(খ) কোন সম্পাদন বা সম্পাদনের উদ্বৃত্ত অংশ সৎ উদ্দেশ্য ব্যবহার, চলমান ঘটনা প্রচার, পর্যালোচনা, শিক্ষা অথবা গবেষণার জন্য ব্যবহার; বা
