I am no expert...actually quite a beginner but I have seen the long handle knives being used in a different way using your left hand as an anchor point for it. It actually made sense and they were easily used like that
Great observation! The leverage created from thy grip goes a long way! Maybe I’ll have to make another video showing that! It is not one of my preferred grips that I naturally use, which is probably why I didn’t do it in this video.
