Bhai Bater is available in Delhi at Al Nawaz. It's a winter speciality. Try covering Al Nawaz sometime if possible. Rampuri Taar Gosht can be relished at The Rampur Kitchen in India Mall at New Friends Colony Mkt. But I guess the stuff you've had over there would be more authentic. If you try these stuffs in Delhi then maybe you can compare them better in your signature style as always.
@indian sharma Bhai to the best of my knowledge there is just one Al Nawaz that is managed by Chef Shahnawaz Hussain. I don't know the precise address but the nearest metro station is Okhla Vihar on Magenta Line.
