Thanks for the upload! This makes me wonder why MA doens't play any songs from FFTF album besides "Bil ur sag"...Hell, they haven't changed their set in years I think! The only song that was a big surprice was Angel of disease and I've seen them 6 times at least. I wonder if the reason why they don't play something from Formulas really has something to do with David Vincent. But then again: I wonder if Tim Yeung could be able the play the material of Formulas? All Hail old Morbid angel!!
Yeah he is, to be fair the original is pretty fucking fast though, just a few bpms shy of 260 and he's ALWAYS single footed everything the whole way through no matter what, so it's reasonable that he brought the tempo down a little rather than blast for like, 3 bars then do a 1 bar fill to give his right foot break. What I love about Pete is that even though he single foot blasts, he always does so for a really long time without pausing much to do fills.
man, thats cool to know. i was listening to this album yesterday and thought it sounded like single foot blasts, although i just assumed it wasn't because most DM uses the double foot pedal blast technique. single sounds so much tighter and better.
Pete play single foot blast beats in his mayority, there are some exceptions, but is only because the different types of blast beats that he plays, he has a great variety of wepons to annihilate on the drums.
