Nice of the customer, where the road closure was, to leave instructions to help you deliver the package. They get notifications you’re on your way so no excuse to not help, nor pick their phone up.

He said in a q&a video that he doesn’t factor those in because in a normal job when you are paid say £10/hour you don’t take taxes into account so likewise he doesn’t do it.

It they're close to you, absolutely! But demand is so difficult to predict, one thing is for certain - when it's busy, it's normally busy in most areas. Changing areas will seldom have a worthy impact to justify moving around.
