To make apple pie:
*Form diameter 20 cm
Egg - 2 pcs.
Butter - 100 g
Sugar - 80-100 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Flour - 150 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Apples - about 400 g
To grease the top of the cake:
Sugar - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 tsp
1. Beat butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add eggs, flour with baking powder. Mix until smooth.
3. Peel the apples if necessary. Leave half of the apple, cut the rest of the apples into thin slices.
4. Mix the dough with chopped apples, put in a form lined with parchment. Grease the sides of the form with butter or vegetable oil.
5. Cut half of the apple into thin slices with a vegetable peeler, put on top of the dough, pressing down a little. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. sugar and brush with butter.
6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer.
