Quartzsite doesn't look appealing to me with all the dust and isolation with not much around. Last night I watched the video with ladies vehicle smashed back window with a rock . Terrible...I've been having many deer shot around me out of season. Thank you for the video. Blessings to you.

I totally agree with you about the border patrol, they make me nervous as well. 😂✌🏻 About that incident that happened on BLM, I went to the RTR in 2017 and something happened to me there. Afterwards I started looking around at the types of people out there. They are not all RU-vid nomads, some are druggies, lowlifes and felons. You really need to be aware out there. ✌🏻💕

Lee, i ran across paper tea/coffee bags, and with a filter stick or cardboard handles it hooks over cup. I like the less mess and can make a stronger ppur over cup of coffee (if you fill your own.) Nice cup btw. Imo we need more safe communities. Neighbors watching out for neighbors and not be entertained by internet 24/7. Kids and adults are not watching what is going on in the world. Watch some, research, and get outside like you do 😊👍 Hope you're having a wonderfully blessed wknd. 🤗😚

Yes.. I’m 79 and I get that if I don’t have enough sleep. I call those days, senior days..then the next 24 hours I have to stay in bed..and then I recover…I’ve been watching you for many years way before your partner.. I’m just a quiet one❤️

Honestly, I'm in Arkansas and I'd definitely go live in Quartzside if I wasn't taking care of a Disabled family member. Even with these horrible things happened in Quartzside, Honestly I think its safer where your at and in Quartzside than in my apartment complex. I could sleep better off in a vehicle. There's no good cellphone coverage in Quartzside? If I were totally on my own I'd so love to be doing what your doing. I'm absolutely miserable in this apartment. It's not even the high rents.. It's the crime. . I'd love to be living your lifestyle. I plan on moving, but I can't afford to. Bills are as much as our income.. I have an idea though....I could live part time in a van here in town. I could drive back and forth to take care of my disabled family member. I know of plenty of places to park. Library, parks, I could get a break camping in a van elsewhere. There maybe a driveway a friend would let me park in, I need the freedom to just take a break from this nonsense. I love to write and I could do that in my van I think I need todo part timevan life. I really do enjoy your channel and positive attitude. When I see your creative ways of decorating it reminds me, there a creative side of me sitting on a bench because I am to focused on all this nonsense. I will get a van and get a notebook and start writing again. .

You are wise to take these changing times seriously ... senseless violence is growing & whether one is a nomad or a sticks n bricks dweller there is very much the need to increase the security & precautionary measures .... so unfortunate. You seem to use wisdom in the precautions you take. We have entered a new era that is in vast contrast to the times our age group grew up & lived in. Yes I heard about Quartzite, it’s terrible, such cowards, going after solo women… while they sleep no less. I hope they catch whoever it is, that person has another thing coming because they DID attack one woman because apparently she WAS hurt, she was supposedly bleeding on her legs and even had glass get in her eyes, and considering that’s federal land the person(s) can be charged with a federal criminal offense, the feds don’t play around, a federal charge is way worse, it almost certainly would result in prison time. On a side note, I’m in my 40’s and the exact same way with sleep, if I don’t get a full nights sleep I’m a zombie… sometimes I’m that way even WITH a full nights sleep 😬🤭. People don’t realize how important sleep is, sleep deprivation can cause psychosis and even death if you go without it first too long, so that alone should tell people how important it is. Hi Lee, You are right. Things are changing rapidly in our country. You can't be too careful anywhere. Do be careful, as crazies watch RU-vid. Those light bulbs are great. I have them in my lamps and when the power goes out, they stay on about 4 hours. Hopefully the power comes back on before then. They have batteries in them and must be charged beforehand. I have been reading about some nomads quitting the road due to mechanical problems, fear, and other issues. Two years ago, I was planning on buying a van and starting out. Now I am glad I didn't do it. I am alone, also. Stay safe.

Lee we were doing a job in 2012 ..We just finished sheet rocking..We call our sparkler , he came for a day then disappeared for a week..It turned out he was arrested for drunk driving …He told us he came out a friends house and knew he couldn’t drive.so he fell asleep ..at 2 in the morning the cops came knocking ..Well anyway you can be arrested for drunk driving without driving ..!!..It cost him thousands of $..!!..

So funny, I have the same little coffee gadget! I got it to have something small to just make a cup. One thing I notice is sometimes I have to use a spoon and move the grounds off the bottom halfway thru the pour.. It could be my coffee grind is too thick or I have to adjust the amount of coffee I use . But overall, it's a nifty little gadget and I love the size!! And it is easy cleanup. Enjoy!!

Seriously people need to boon dock at least within earshot of each other even solo men aren’t safe.We can’t live in fear but we have to be cautious. I am in OKLA. I am care giving my mom I hope to come to AZ next Jan for a few weeks but I want to be in a group. I want to visit Mesa(born there 1960), Oatman, Lake Havasu, and grand canyon.Just have to wait and see if it is safe and if my mom can be left with a caregiver. I want to experience AZ at least once.

I just got that little coffee thingy from Temu just for fun. I have two coffee makers in my house but it was cheap and I thought it would be fun to have. It really does work as well as my coffee maker.

Frightening about that Quartzsite incident. I saw a photo of the car. I understand having a window broken like that and the amount of shattered glass. Happened to me years ago and fortunately, I was not in my car. Witnesses gave info and id of person and he was arrested and charged...and jail time. Took forever to clean up all the glass. My heart goes out to that lady...horrible injuries. Sure she was extremely traumatized. 🙏 😢 I hope there will be an update on her recovery. Stay watchful & safe...I know you are diligent about that. ❤
