Alador sounds different in the beginning. Was he voiced by a different actor then? I actually still haven’t seen that episode as it hasn’t aired on TV when I started recording the show. I also haven’t seen “Once Upon A Swap” or “Knock Knock Knockin’ On Hooty’s Door” but I’ve at least seen clips here and there on RU-vid from those episodes.

Honestly now that the show is over (and far too soon, thanks for nothing Disney) I feel like the best explanation for Belos' long life and the weird pulsating tattoos of the glyphs on his arm are that he possibly tried to inject himself with titan blood. Explains the glowing blue eyes when he saw the half-empty portal key, explains why he and Luz (spoilers for 3:3) both had the floating/glowing glyph motif when empowered by the titan. We know his green goopy cursed form is caused by the need to consume palismen souls, and we don't know what/where that came from either, but there's clearly something more there, and I don't believe the palismen eating "curse" and titans are affiliated in any way. I honestly want an ep (not a series) which dives into the Whittebanes' past lives and how Phillip became what he is at the time of the show. He's clearly using the palismen to extend his lifespan, but what the hell is up with the glyphs on his arm? Possibly a simpler explanation could be that he tried to enhance his physical being with a glyph combo as well, but idk.
