When peach was making 40 bands a month off of FB before the guidelines change she was wilding out. About 5 months ago the payment amounts changed.....she has been falling every since. She most likely paid any outstanding rent due, so any balance wont show up on her rental history. In turn she could find another rental, before it shows up on her credit report.

Idk who it work in Florida, but i know in Indiana where im at thwy can literally take your kids if they think your rental history isn't stable enough. I know here you gotta have your own lease, and list every child as an occupant. Otherwise it don't count as them "living there"! They don't even realky want you living with family without being on the lease. But they can and do take kids all day everyday here for just that, and she done had child services at her door several times in the recent past. I dont wish the things I've been thru on nobody. So, maybe Florida is different, but she better bw doing better for them kids. I wish i could have had half the money she got, hell, even a quarter, and I'd have bought first and foremost, a house for my baby's!! She didn't get evicted that many times in 1 year. What it is when she's trying to find a her background and decide. No, it pops up all her evictions, and she's declined for that property, or as she's ready to move in it. They find the problem and sell her no and immediately file so she can't get into the property and then stay 90 days.

No not true. The doc’s were filed the 10th of July but according to her she had moved. So they couldn’t serve her. They still have to file since she didn’t give them a note to state she was leaving
