Heading from the East River on Mobjack Bay to Little Creek. I was expecting some mildly bad weather but not 40 plus knots storm wind and driving rain. I captured a little over 20 minutes of 2 hours of gale force winds. The video is mostly toward the end as the worst had passed already before I realized I had my gopro in the cockpit. I thought it was down below, and I wasn't leaving the cockpit to get it. I saw long periods of apparent wind over 40 knots. I have a screenshot of it at 39 knots. the boat did fine. I was tired, wet, and cold.
