Martis could use ult again because his ult CD is only 20 seconds, while the ultimate can be used again for a certain amount of time; the real CD of the ult still goes down. So basically if 20 seconds is the CD of ult if you wait long enough it can be activated again.

@@bilegtnamirkaya1010yeah try playing Martis and you’ll notice that the ult goes on CD when you use it for the 1rst time, so if let’s say you’re on a triple kill, you’ll have your ult again in 5 seconds. It was the same for Johnson before they made his ult go on CD after crashing because prior to that he could do a double ult combo with mage build (basically the trick was to drive for as long as the ult CD was before crashing, then use ult again immediately).

The issue regarding martis is that his ult Cooldown activates when you first use the ult, therefore if you take long enough by the time your ult isn't active anymore it is already off Cooldown.

In MARTIS’ case, when 1st he used his ultimate the CD started but as soon as he was killing the enemies, his ult was already active temporarily but you can see that whenever he was using his ult there was CD timer shown for a brief moment like 16s, 7s and when he used his temp ult for the last time, the CD for it was almost 0s.

89 thousand matches that's absurd, absolutely completely nuts. That is more then 2 years, yes two full years worth of matches in time. Meaning you'd have to play the game, day and night, constantly for two years to get about that many matches (assuming an average match time of 12 min wich is on the low end) I agree with gen, that seems impossible.

9:43 hii Gen am here to help that martis explain, if your ult last hit 4 enemies everytime for a while like about 5-7 secs and lastly use it again on a non last hit enemy, the ult has already finished it's cooldown cuz while you use it, the cd is already counting, so with cd items like hunter strike, bloodlust, war axe and the brute force armor, it's possible your cd has already done after that long time

Maybe Martis' ultimate cooldown is reduced whenever he kills an enemy with his ult or his normal ultimate cooldown and enhanced ultimates are sepatated so that he can use it twice. I also managed to use his ultimate twice continuously and got savage abt two weeks ago.

The reason that Franco did not ult the moscov is probably because he had already used it. If you look closely you will see 3 people dead, so we can infer that there was a hook by Franco which led to 3 of the team to die, while also causing the enemy to use up their ults. Chou also probably used his ult and got it up later on.

Short explanation why Martis could use his ult twice : Basically if you have 35-40% CD including using martis' ult correctly like in the video shown, as soon as you use the ult the timer of using his ult again is starting. In addition if you have as said 40% CD your ult will be at around 16 seconds or less
