What about LTD company that is multi-purpose, why is it hard to get a mortgage with multipurpose companies.

Thanks for the video. How short was the lease that West one did a deal for you on and was standard 75% BTL LTV?

The lease was 65 years and yes 75% LTV was fine the rate was just higher 6% something.
