I think those that hide simple mishaps are only kidding themselves. Sometimes it’s how you solve a problem not the problem itself. That’s what I told my customer when she asked me where her car was. I’d given her red fiat back to another customer with a red fiat. (All fiats returned to correct owners by sun down) 😬
You’re quality of service about how quickly you resolved the hole in the tank once identified by the customer is the way to keep customer integrity. Errors do occur. The one thing that saddened me with your video is you had three tractors turn up to collect three hire trailers and not one of them could be bothered to fix a £20.00 number plate to their trailers. Maybe you should be making the plates for them before they leave the yard and charge their account. A lot cheaper than a fine from the old bill.
