I don’t know if y’all know but in the 2010s none OG colorways almost always sit. If it didn’t have a Jordan story theme behind it, it always was “bricked”. The game was fucked up once people brought any BS Jordan!

I have the Taxi‘s and was wondering if the Ochre colorway were similar so I copped a pair. At the very least I wanted a yellow and white variation to go along with my yellow and black. Personally, I’m glad to be able to buy certain sneakers easily because honestly so much is hyped up to the point where they sell out within seconds and we literally don’t stand a chance a.k.a. the New Balance Salehe Bembury heat be hot … 15 seconds, both colorways GONE. TBH, it seems to be a combination of Nike just putting out way too many Jordan 1s and saturating the market with them to the point where we are going blind to them in addition to RU-vidrs just outright calling them sleepers that’s really causing the market to be in this state. Clearly, anything super hyped on RU-vid and social media is flying - I won’t even say off the shelves because they don’t even make it there. People just want hype shit which is crazy. I’m good with getting whatever I want easily and I hope it stays like that for a while. 🤔 Did I really want those NB’s in those wild colors? That I want them because they look like pieces of art? Or did I buy into the hype? It feels like mob mentality!
