My mom works in the high school where I was once getting in trouble for shirts that would ride up slightly (I have a long torso). That was 17 years ago... today, there are students at that same school who wore a THONG BIKINI on "beach day" and no one says shit. Seems these higjschoolers aren't exactly dressing too skanky, though.
If they thought what those girls were wearing was a distraction.....no. But there actually are people their that wear booty shorts, and other stuff. But wearing that is like wearing a hoodie and ripped jeans only to say the rips in the jeans are very distracting.
Good. Students need discipline and have restrictions on what they wear to school. Besides too many incident when girls wear shorty-shorts and bikini which causes distraction and leading to raping and sexual assaults done by either Male students or male teachers due to lust and perversion. We must have conviction, holiness, and sanctification on what wear in public because it will save us from trouble and exposure.

Say what you want, but God's word and his commandment are truth and will never go away no matter how much you hate it. He will have the last saying--not you or anyone else.
