Humanitarian aid in natural disasters, you first have to establish a security zone with soldiers to maintain order before you unload relief supplies to control the civilians. In a war zone where the armed combatants don’t wear military uniforms, than an air drop of relief supplies are done like France, United Emirates, Egypt, Jordan, and the USA did to prevent getting attacked.
