I remember being in the fourth grade an had never seen a black person before in our small Massachusetts town, only seen them in history books. In Massachusetts if you caught with guns and drugs you don't go to regular Court you go to drug court. Because you are an addict you get right out. I watch people bond out for $500 out after having $50,000 in heroin/fentanyl and a gun Soooo many repeat offenders get out on bond then commit worse crimes and everyone is just so surprised.
