My grandfather (R.I.P) was in a coma for two years, from which he died just a year ago. He used to sing this to me and my siblings everytime he feels happy or when sees us sad. Before he died, I sang this song to him and I cried seeing him in that state while singing him this song. That was my last memory of him while he was alive, I didnt even got the chance to say sorry. One of my greatest regrets. If youre reading this, its never too late to say sorry and its never too late to make memories with the people you love. Make every memory count.
Rash that is so sweet and caring that he sang this song to you and siblings ❤️. My Dad before he died in 2016 of Parkinson's and Dimentia couldn't talk or communicate. However I Hugged him till the end. I believe he still knew how you felt. Even if he couldn't respond. I even held him shortly after Death. I believe with all my heart that we will reunite with our Loved ones in Heaven. I feel for you really in the name of our Lord Jesus. Amen and hallelujah

For my daughter's 3rd birthday, my Dad (who lived in Canada where I grew up) bought a little electric car for my daughter, who's now 4 and a half. It came with a playlist of songs. Amongst all the kiddie songs, this song stood out to me. I liked it the most and it stood out amongst all the others, but I didn't pay close attention to the lyrics. Six months after giving my daughter that gift, her little red car, we found out my Dad had terminal brain cancer. He passed away a couple weeks after my daughter turned 4. We fought to see him during the pandemic, but failed. We hadn't taken the car out for a while but today my daughter wanted to use it a bit inside the apartment since she still has to be indoors. (We're living in Peru). The song came on and it felt like a message from Dad. Now I think of him even more when I look at that little red car. ❤️❤️❤️
