Probably my 10th time to listen to this and I’m even more impressed each time at how well their voices mesh & the most perfect accompaniment with his voice with hers with the harmony was spot on their styling styling is so complementary and their ad lives are so spot on gorgeous brilliant
Great job.. I traveled for several years with the Lanny Wolfe Trio, the writer of this song. I have to say... this is a refreshing version. Keep following your passion.
I went to church camp in the 70's at Westphalia, Missouri and the Lanny Wolfe Trio came also. I've always loved this song and this is a beautiful rendition! Great job.
I was fortunate enough to be at Benson Recording Studios way back when this song was debuted I think it was in 1983 or 84. This song and Jesus Never Fails. They have been two of my all time favorite songs in Christian Music ever since. You two knocked it out of the park! I am SO thankful that even though you both went through some really difficult times and were in many ways rejected, GOD never rejected you and you didn't lose your faith. I'M SO THANKFUL!!! I hope to be able to see you live. You are really fantastic.
OMgosh, great vocals, but more than anything is the testimony of His grace, love, patience and more is. I pray that many more people find Him. Jesus is all that I have and I find it more than enough. Your love and your story gives meaning to who Jesus is. Thank you. Hugs from an old Canuck living in Colombia.
I used to listen to you in high school 20 years ago. I woke up with the song that goes "Lately I've been thinking where is my life going.." Lol I see you are still being a blessing.
Wish you guys could put this on all music platforms! It’s so beautifully done and SO powerful! I keep coming back to listen to it. It’s probably my favorite version of this classic. Love you guys!
I've been waiting my whole life to sing this with someone. I met Larnell Harris once and he promised to sing it with me but I haven't seen him again since. Glad you found your "guy" for the song and for life's journey. Such a great arrangement and beautiful voices.
Nikki, SO good and heartfelt! Tenors and sopranos in the late 80's cut their teeth on those Larnelle/Sandi duets, and this fresh, contemporary setting really made this song come alive again. Well-done and keep it up!:-)
I loved the Lanney Wolf Trio! I was great hearing the two of you bring it back alive. Felt like I was there listening to them as you bring this song alive as you could only do! Thank you!
Not trying to make this weird but I'm so grateful for this music video. I find myself coming back to it often these days. I've recently gone through some things that have brought me back to where I need to be and fallen in love with Jesus in a way I didn't know was possible. This video brings me so much joy. I'd love to see something recent by Ryan & Nikki.
Being a performer it takes a bit to get my attention but this stopped me in my tracks. I've followed Ryan & Nikki since they appeared on America's Got Talent. I would love to see more. I needed this honestly as I am going through some life junk. It really is about falling in love with Jesus. I know performer, performance, and stage presence. Not only are the vocals angelic but from a place, with the Holy Spirit. You can see it in their faces. You can feel it in the energy. You can't just perform this kind of thing. This has to be pulled from a Spiritual place that we just don't have in us without the One who gives it. Thank you, Ryan and Nikki. Keep following Christ and getting His message out.
