More Wet Strength Tissue With Elizabeth & Barb: Waterbath & Crumpled For Texture 

Wet Strength Tissue is a marvel, with it's ability to hold up not only under wet conditions, but when given a complete water bath which is Elizabeth's technique for today. Using paint as a resist, immersing the tissue in a waterbath adds color to the entire sheet but the stamped designs remain unchanged. I'm playing with Distress Oxide Sprays and Distress Mica Stains. And Stickles!
