A slightly ropey recording, but a good reading by Mr Price of one of Poe's weirdest tales. What on earth is going on here? I'm not sure, but there's a certain Dr Freud who really needed this sort of thing to get famous.
Wow, the defect at the 1:15 mark must be in all recordings of this. Nearly an entire paragraph is missing at that glitch. The same defect is on my 5-CD set of The Edgar Allan Poe Audio Collection.
