If Iam not mistaken you put the pin back in the hole upside down when your using the swivel. I have a 403 1/2 Colombian with the swivel jaw and that is what I saw on other videos and I read. Mine fits in like that when Iam using the swivel, a way of not loosing it. You did a great job.
No, this is the only one (Morgan) I've ever seen. I have seen several swivel jaw vises by various manufacturers however.......can't say they are common but certainly plenty of them out there to be had. I'd try Facebook marketplace and ebay.
Yeah I love these swivel jaws! Your Reed is a bit higher quality and more precise than my Morgan in my opinion. I am restoring a Reed right now...it'll likely be my next video. Just a standard vise not swivel.
