The 2012 "Opening Run" of the Morgan Three Wheeler Club saw some 60 or so cars join the Severn Freewheelers at their charity fund-raising event at Prescott, Cheltenham. Despite some rain in the afternoon a good time was had by all!
Thank you for sharing that, what a fun event to watch. I would have loved to hear them charge that hill. What a cool vantage point to watch a race from. They would have had to dynamite me off that hill. I'd of watched every run.
Thank you for a superbly produced video. The camera man should be congratulated, very skilful work. How sad this masterpiece polluted with that awful noise...the cars should be the soundtrack.
Hello Richard, I didn't mean to be unkind -I'm actually a great music lover- but when it comes to cars I love to hear the mechanical sounds/noises whatever the sound quality. I agree -if you are to add music to a video- it must be difficult to chose, but this is one that i think works well: PRESCOTT HILL CLIMB BY BRIAN REEVE Of course the link between the location and the composer (Elgar) is a clever one and works well with the commentary. Keep posting regardless. Brian
Yet another good informative and entertaining video ruined by music, .when will motorsport etc film makers realise - less is more and let the machinery do the talking.
Brian, its a tricky one. In this case the pouring rain made most of the sound unusable and using music covers a multitude of sins. As for the music being stupid, well, thats a matter of opinion...
You obviously don't know anything about driving a vintage car on a muddy grass bank in the rain. Especially a Morgan Three Wheeler with "Morgan" brakes. If you ask me he very skilfully managed to control it. Far from being a Twit. (I'm sure thats what you meant, we wouldn't want to be rude here, would we?)
