Omg only half this is true. I live two doors down from his mom and he stays there when he is in town. I saw where they cleared a spot on the land beside his mom's house so I'm sure he's going to be living there soon as the house is finished
I actually went fishing at his pond today and he showed up and fished with me for a while. Only thing I know of that he owns that's really nice is his new bass boat. He just got it. And I'm sure I'll be fishing with him in it soon. My truck is newer than his and he is just fine with that. Great guy and simple country boy. He gave me a badass rod and reel though.

That was not his mansion, that house was called Villa Colina it was used as a wedding venue, Knoxville symphony orchestra, private parties etc. It was torn down in 2022. To make room for 4 lots with river frontage. It was for sale for more than 10 years but no one wanted the most expensive house in Tennessee.
