My question is ......where is this young lady today? Is she in college? Is she going to represent the people in congress some day? She is such a good speaker and maybe a leader too

She's overly theatrical and uneven in the modulation of her reading. She's also not very faithful to the rhythm or tone of the poem in many parts, shifting rather wildly from slow intensity to loud declaration in a way that just doesn't fit. I know she cares, but she's turned the poem into something it isn't--a script for a theater reading where you falsely believe the audience needs to be entertained using this stagey vocal style.
