Man I did not have Cody's reaction to this. Once I saw two second of the mom's video my heart broke because she was being silly and making a real mom rap video and he said he was going to kill her and he couldn't wait for her funeral. It just made his senseless cruelty so much meaner because I don't think they were on the same page with this thing at all.

He means the mixing is good i.e. there’s no mud, good stereo width in the highs and mono in the lows, solid compression, clear articulation, and no peaking. The “toilet bowl” effect comes from adding effects such as reeverb and flanging(maybe?) to his voice for artistic effect.
