That was my immediate thought as well: how is that dust cap going to allow proper airflow for the LED heatsink fan?

I currently do not have the Anti-flicker harnesses installed. However, I did turn the DRL (Daytime Running Lights) off in the advanced settings menu as the LED bulbs would flicker while the DRL's are in use due to reduced power to the bulb. Anti Flicker are pretty much required if you are wanting to run Daytime Running Lights, or if you have a dual beam hedlight bubl (Both hi/lo beam as one bulb). But I have not had any issues witht he standard low beams on the the Edge.

Can't get this answer anywhere. Do you get these bulbs? If so are they high/low beam? I have a single projector as well and need a dual beam led. No videos address this.

Cut your mufflers off to drown out the noise of the fan

On a real note I hear only if it's extremely quiet out you hear it

The hum of the fans is louder than I was expecting.

@@johnnelson9742 Except that's no longer the case. These newer bulbs are designed to work with reflector housings by replicating the filament placement of the stock bulb. The cutoffs tend to be higher though but with proper realignment that takes all of maybe five minutes this isn't an issue. Unlike HID's, these latest gen LED's don't have the back-scatter/dazzle issues that can blind oncoming traffic.

@@HomestarAK no, that’s not the case. LED and HID are ONLY designed to be run in a projector style housing. Do actual research before giving out wrong info...

The additional addapter was required in this application. The Bulb would not connect directly to the factory harness. I'm not sure if this is the case for all of the 2Stroke bulbs or just the H7. The bulbs do not give you any sort of error messages on the dash. Also, I do have truned the DRL off. I beleive you could retain the DRL's if you wanted to add an Anti Flicker harness to the kit, because the bulbs do flicker due to the reduced power when running the DRL's without the anti flicker harness. That is why I have them turned off.

@@toniostyle This is my Wifes car, but she has been happy with the performance. It is a much different look than the factory Halogen. To me it does look slightly brighter than stock, however it is impossible to be for sure without a light meter. But don't think you are going to double light output or anything crazy with these bulbs. If you are looking for the best possible improvement in performance I would recommend retrofitting HID's into the factory halogen. An HID install is going to be more involved and will not be as simple as the LED. For the money and the ease of install I am happy with the performance and look of the 2Stroke.

Necessary yes, but not necessarily that long. I would have cut measured an inch of wire from each end and then cut off the excess, soldering the two ends together. I'm not a fan of excess cabling in tight spaces.

I just installed LED on my 2015 edge. 10 000 lumen bulbs per side on the low beams. In Canada we require DRL so I have no way to disable them off the user menu. I installed drivers similar to him except they are a bigger box that gets hot as they contain resistors to maintain constant voltage to the bulbs (anti flicker drivers). Had to run wires through the dust caps and attach to engine bay as they were too big to rest inside the headlamp units.

They are extremely loud lol. You can hear them towards the end of the video.

on the retrofit source website they have a 3 year warranty on the kits.

@@victorcardenas324 I saw you said you got them from Amazon. So I was saying they have them on the TRS website. I bye everything from TRS website all my LED's and HID kits. I've had good customer service with them.
