My favorite Morissette song. My male Facebook friend , Piet Arion, from Austria who never had a singing lesson in his life, works at a low paying non-musical job, Loves Morissette and decided about 8 months ago to pay tribute by going into a recording studio and singing “ akin Ka Na Lang”. He had a Philippine friend who helped him with the Tagalog language ( his native language is German with English as a second language) . After a couple weeks he was ready. He then put it on RU-vid , expecting a few hundred responses but it EXPLODED!!!!!!!!!!!! To date, over 24,000 LIKES and over 4,000 Comments 99% commented OMG OMG WOW WOW BEYOND AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Everyone said that his version was the best version ever-never to be equaled by any male or female ( other than Norissette). Actually a couple people said he was lip syncing the whistle tones so to prove them wrong , he did “ version 2” from his apartment and introduced it with a whistle note without any acoustics and then recoded the rest in a studio. By the way, he nails BOTH whistle notes with as much or more vibrato than Morissette! So please privately react to Piet Arion performing “Akin Ka Na Lang” and hold on to your chair because if you don’t , or you will fall off it.
