guys i know Morissette its' a great singer the lypsync doubt came from the lack of microphone close by ,but like i say in the video it might be off screen.

Frank, you are correct the mic is off screen and i believe she was using some kind of shotgun mic for this. The part where she talks is the natural sound and the part where she sings is where the reverb is added giving it that atmospheric sound to the room. Great reaction and i look forward to more!
Morissette was livestreaming when she sang these Broadway tunes. You don't see Filipino singers lip synch, never. I will say again, NEVER!!! A singer will be ostracized if he or she lip synchs or use auto tuning to enhance the vocals. Those are the two no-nos in the Philippine music industry.
I think what he meant is they won’t say they’re singing live if they’re not. That’s a sure-fire way to lose your job. She was live-streaming so she must be live. Also, we do sing live a lot, even regular people. Every Sunday at mass, karaoke, when we feel like it. We sing like, ALL THE TIME lol. So, it’s not a stretch for a pro like Mori to sound unrealistically stable when she sings live. If she doesn’t, there are thousands who can do it and she’d be out of a job.
Morisette never lipsync.. if she's sick or her voice is tired. she always inform her fans/audience that she will sing the song in lower key. And thats what i like about morisette.. She's performing not to impress. But to fulfill the happiness of her fans. She never disappoint her fans(US) who spent their time just to see mori sing
Morissette is one of the best Live vocalist now. Fact: seldom you will find an MTV from her ( only some of her official song mtv ) Why?? She just love to sing "LIVE" because she can...& No Autotune no Lip-synch. 🥰🇵🇭💙

That is surround mic, it's not lip synch, watch her breaths, that can't be lip synch. Taking breaths in between cant be fake. If u listened to her babbling before the singing part, you'll realised she did this so live, and she did about six musical songs straight, coz this was from an online pandemic concert she did for her fans. 98% of her past performances were so perfect, even live concerts, but she admitted that she's happy having 2% imperfections as she proves to her audience that her performances are all live! In the Philippines when u sing, even at home u r supposed to sing live, otherwise it's not real singing, we don't mind getting pitchy, as long as we are able to do vocal acrobats. 😍😍😍
@@awmf___ yeah stages sessions did clean it up some. There was an early upload that lasted only a couple days that I was able to catch and you could clearly hear the room echo and noise similar to her talking segment in the intro.

She is not lypsincking, you thought she was coz u ddnt se the mic. but its like in the beginning that you fast forward the video bcoz she was talking a lot and that you hear her even though there is no mic visible.
