I am in my mid-60's and have never seen or heard any singer as satisfying, gratifying, electrifying, amazing, easy on the ears (and eyes), or who is a better story teller or can touch my soul like Mori. Mori may only be about 5 feet tall, but she stands head and shoulders above the rest for me. It occurs to me that you and Mori have a symbiotic rerlationship -- you have helped bring more exposure and attention to her (and thank you for that from the bottom of my heart) and I think Mori has had a big role in making you the reactor you are today. Keep up the good work Nick!!!

It's always a treat to watch my favourite reactor, reacting to my favourite vocalist! I love how they started with the raw vocals (captured by the phone), then transitioned into the live studio vocals that's EQ'd and compressed by Dave. A statement to those goofball reactors? She's hitting those high notes with A LOT of core, and she's hitting it over and over (stamina!) and the tone remains full, vibrant and ping-y. How she manages to sustain those high belting notes without thinning her voice or showing straining is always amazing. Hey Nick, Dave is lucky. I've been shaking my head for years now since I watched her daily that I have to order a neck rub! Heck, I shook my head while lying in bed thinking what I'd just saw!

I think she meant......they tried to get the studio version out shortly after the MUPH performance, this Kiko Salazar before he left to attend Berklee...but got the flu...and had to put it off.....according to what she wrote in the description of the video.....she was feeling better here...and knocked off the final version in 20 minutes. Was recorded on her iPhone....and the a cappella part was the phone mic at the start.

anecdote.🤔 the initial audio is captured by the telephone microphone (omnidirectional, 360 °)(in fact it is very distant from the voice) and then by the professional microphone(180° directional), with only reverberation. to record a song perfectly, in the recording studio, it took him 20 minutes. 😨😱 it usually takes days for international super stars, even weeks.😱 unique and rare generational talent. thx for reaction
