About 25 years ago, I purchased "blue" Morning Glory seeds and never planted them. Since I can use splashes of blue in my garden, I will give some a try during the new planting season. I will place them next to an old, thin, white Rose of Sharon with burgundy centers. The Morning Glory's will add more life to that corner. An old trellis is already there.
When we lived in Houston, we had a really old dark blue morning glory growing in the corner of our yard. I really enjoyed looking at it in the morning when I had breakfast. Really miss it. Just might have to give growing another one a try, although I did not plant the other one, it was already there. Thank you for the good memories and advice.
Hi, glad you also share love for the Morning glory vine. Check out the garden center, am sure they do have the seed. If you do find them and plant them, once in seed production start collecting the seeds. Unfortunately they are restict regulations in Kenya on seed exportation. Otherwise, I would have loved to mail them.
