To meditated guided for you it’s one of the best things that happened in my life lately. Thank you 🙏🏽

Deepak's guided morning meditation of 20 odd mins actually gave me a filthy headache which left me very sick all next day. Part of it was to feel heartbeat in hands, then face. He then said that it was a cure for headache. However if you don't have one, you soon will. I thought at the time why have us do this if we don't have one? Like curing like etc. Be warned. It is a powerful meditation & it will give you a powerful migraine headache with the lot! He needs to know this
