You can give Jesus a try. This is a suggestion. I do understand that you are trying to heal. That you want love, peace and happiness. That you’ve been traumatised. I also understand that you are not that religious which is your decision ofcourse but all those things you are looking for are only found in Jesus. Give him a try sometime. He is always there.
