There's no problem with the one minute rule. The did it in 47 sec didn't they? If you want it to extend to 10 minutes, then it should be changed now, but not applied retroactively. We should all follow the same rules. Nobody should be special.

There should be a cap on the amount of tips that's non-taxable, and tips should be strictly defined. Otherwise every high income will be reclassified as tip - commission, bonus, OF income, etc.

I know Canadian labour code has a definition of what a "tip" is so am guessing most other countries do too.

Fact: people who receive tips are being paid less than $3.00 per hour while tips are usually only $5 at best at each table of customers. This I know because I worked as a waiter earlier in my life. But it’s true, that the rich are already not paying taxes - and Donald Trump is the proof of that.

I do not like the way Jordan Chiles was tihird in the all around, but wasn’t allowed to compete in the finals. Now, her enjoyment of her individual bronze medal is being ruined through the incompetence of the officials. Unfair!
