Character and Fitness needs a serious overhaul. I know this about Arizona, for sure. Lawyers on such committees seem to have absolutely no training in or understanding of mental health, character & fitness, or how to predict the behavior of a law school graduate. It’s twisted. I’m sure our constitutional rights have been violated, and SCOTUS needs to weigh in to curb the authority of these bully committees that judge people’s mental health and character despite a complete lack of training and foundation in the same.
