He gave a speech in his private capacity, at the behest of the school, as a devout Catholic at a CATHOLIC SCHOOL!!!! If you don’t agree with what he said GOOD FOR YOU! But asking the NFL to FIRE him is INSANE! People need to get a grip. Go outside and touch grass people. I'm going to make an educated guess and say that he is a Republiclan. I also believe it's safe to say that to some degree he is controlling, and that he belittles and degrades his wife. It's a narcissistic behavior fueled within the cloak of Christianity and catholicism.

I'm all for freedom of speech. However, there is a time and place with respect to people within your surroundings to express your opinions. In this circumstance, where most sane and respectful people presenting a speech at a commencement ceremony would encourage and boost graduate self-esteem for a bright and successful future, this young man took it upon himself to degrade and stifle the hopes and dreams of many, not all, women there who were graduating. In my opinion, it was quite disrespectful and unwarranted. He could have just as easily said, "one of the greatest, if not the greatest achievements a man can accomplish in his life is that of fatherhood." But...he didn't.
